What inspires you about From Babies with Love?
The feedback we receive from customers is amazing and shows how the public really enjoys buying beautiful products that create social change. It spurs us on to do more.
What do you love most about what you do?
Receiving letters and photos from the children our profits support. In a very cliched way thinking “goodness me haven’t you grown!” From Babies with Love is a baby brand and 100% of our profits go to orphaned and abandoned children all over the world, it’s wonderful to see how happy their lives are, especially considering what would otherwise have been.
What organisations do you think are doing great work?
The Soap Co! From Babies with Love’s social enterprise structure is inspired by Belu Water and we aspire to achieve the incredible impact that they’re having.
What are your favourite ethical beauty products?
Neals Yard is always a treat.
Do you have any female role models? Who are they?
I greatly admire Dame Anita Roddick. I love how she questioned and changed prevailing retail convention - even the simple concept of refilling a bottle.
What would you like your personal legacy to be?
For us, working alongside the many amazing social entrepreneurs and their supporters, to have made a significant shift in the way people choose to spend. I would love to be able to buy everything I need from a social enterprise.
What's next for From Babies with Love?
