We have had a surprise visit from the South Korean Government! Seung-Kyu Park, president of KEAD, the Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled, and his team visited to learn more about the employment opportunities available to our staff. South Korea is home to lots of manufacturing firms such as Samsung and Hyundai, but people with disabilities face similar difficulties when looking for employment as they do here. We sent some of our citrus bar soaps, handmade in the Lake District, back to Korea, and received these beautiful presents in return!
We are recruiting for our next Business Development Associate / Manager. Get in touch if you’re interested in working with England’s oldest social enterprise and most ethical beauty brand!
